Admissions Application (Opens Nov 1)

Whitefield processes online applications through FACTS, a third-party agency for schools. Follow the link below to create a family account, submit the application fee, and complete an application for each student applying. 

Students transferring from another school (1st - 12th grades) will be asked to provide prior school records and the prior school will be asked to complete a student assessment.  If there are any concerns or questions, please speak with Mrs. Skinner.

Tuition Assistance Application (Opens Jan 1)

After completing an admissions applications, families interested in tuition assistance should complete a grant and aid application as soon as possible.  Awards are offered to new families on a first-come first-serve basis beginning in March, while funds last.

After completing an application, you will receive an e-mail to schedule your student's shadow day.

This required day is an opportunity for your student to experience the Whitefield classroom. They will be assigned a buddy student and lunch is provided!

Grades 3-6: 8am - Noon

Grades 7-12: 8am - 2:30pm.  Students will also meet with an Academic Dean for a student interview.

Please bring your student to our front office to check-in and return to check them out at the end of their shadow day.  There is not a dress code requirement, however, Whitefield students wear uniforms, so your child might feel most comfortable in a solid color polo or shirt, with dress pants or jeans, and tennis shoes. 

Kinder Prep & Kindergarten

Students who attend Round-Up, complete their school readiness assessment at that time. Students who apply after Round-Up may schedule an assessment with one of our academic deans.  We utilize the BRIGANCE early childhood screening tool that creates a positive student experience, revealing what each child can do rather than emphasizing what they can't do.

Grades 1 - 12

To ensure appropriate grade level placement, students are given a 1-2 hour assessment by one of our academic deans.  After applying, you will receive an e-mail to schedule this assessment.

Following your student's assessment, you'll receive an e-mail to schedule a meeting with one of our academic deans to review assessment results and discuss your child's interests and needs. We ask that both parents attend, if possible, so we can help your family evaluate whether Whitefield is the right fit for your family.

Enrollment Begins March 1st

Following review of your child's application and assessments by our admissions committee, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your child's admission or wait pool status.

To retain your child's seat, please follow the enrollment link in your acceptance e-mail to complete the required enrollment paperwork and submit the enrollment fee within one week. You'll then receive an e-mail with upcoming school dates, including New Parent Orientation. We are thrilled to have your child join our classical learning community!
